Oh Hello!
I’m Elisabeth.
And I’m delighted that we’ve found each other.
I’ve always been drawn to the helpers. My career path has always been about supporting the people who are too busy supporting everyone else. The dedicated leaders, the tireless non-profit founders, the compassionate healthcare workers—you are my people. You’re the ones who show up every day to make a difference, even when it feels like a heavy lift.
I believe that even the strongest among us needs a safe place to land. My approach is rooted in the idea that you can be brilliant and successful while also being human and vulnerable. I’ll challenge you to think differently while always offering a gentle space to process.
If you’re a professional looking to find balance, a leader trying to prevent burnout, or an organization wanting to invest in your team, I'm here to help. Consider me your personal pit crew—I'll help you refuel, tune up, and get back on the road with more clarity and confidence.
My license is in Marriage and Family Therapy. I obtained degrees in Counseling Psychology and Communications and blend the two together in my work, incorporating therapeutic and narrative experiences into trainings and work with groups and individuals.
I partner with multiple anti-trafficking organizations as an educator for staff, therapist for survivors, and decoy for stings. I have also worked alongside experts in the field and law enforcement in gathering evidence and data for the recognition and prevention of online child predators.
My work involves a balance of working with individual therapy clients; coaching those at a crossroads with university and career; and supporting leaders and non-profit heroes in burnout and furloughs. I enjoy educating, equipping, and motivating many groups, including MOPS, law enforcement, educators, healthcare workers, and pastoral staff.
My home base is in Central California, but you will find me globetrotting as often as possible.

Life Experience
It’s amazing how life can throw a curve-ball at us. After over 20 years working in healthcare, leadership at a mega-church, and for non-profits globally, I found myself e. I had the honor of being a witness to some absolutely incredible things, but after working among broken systems and people, I was overwhelmed. I had been spiritually abused, put in unsafe situations, seen things beyond my comprehension, and was left jaded and burned out. Bruised from experiences that I felt I couldn’t talk openly about, I began to notice that everyone I worked alongside felt the same way at times: Defeated.
I made the decision to quit all of it and go to university to become a therapist. I wanted to be the support that people in these positions (and I ) so desperately needed. I wanted to bring my experience to the therapy space, my coaching, and my educating.
When we are in unique positions, we need a unique person who can walk alongside us with depth of understanding. I am glad you are here.
